Terms of service
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and EDISON DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC (“we”, “us”), a Florida company, for using Streamline Pro (app.streamlinepro.io). Using Streamline Pro means you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree to them for that business. Our privacy policy explains what we keep about you and why.
What Streamline Pro is
A place to make short videos for your brands: plan them on a board, keep their references, scripts, footage and finished files, have Streamer, our AI editor, edit them, and publish them to the social accounts you connect.
Your account
- You sign in with an email link or Google. Keep access to that email or Google account safe: whoever has it can sign in as you.
- Each account belongs to a workspace. Its owner can add teammates, who can see and change the workspace’s brands and work.
- You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- Give us accurate details, and tell us at edison@edisondigitalsolutions.com if you think someone else has used your account.
The free trial
A new workspace gets a 7-day trial with 4 credits, one brand and one seat. No card is needed. When it ends, the workspace stays open to view and download until you pick a plan.
Plans, credits and billing
- Plans are Creator, Monetizer and Agency, paid monthly or yearly. Each comes with a number of credits a month and limits on brands, seats and storage, as shown when you pick it. Prices are in US dollars, before any taxes.
- Credits pay for Streamer’s work: a new video uses 3, a revision 1, and a photo, a carousel or a template it learns 1. A video longer than a minute uses that many for each started minute. Credits are held when you send something to Streamer and given back if it fails or you cancel it. Writing scripts and captions uses none.
- A plan’s credits reset each month and don’t carry over. Credits you buy on top (1 for $3, or 10 for $25) carry over while your workspace has a plan.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. A plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel it. Moving up to a bigger plan is charged straight away, for the rest of the period; moving down takes effect at the next renewal.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings, under Plan. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew.
- Payments aren’t refunded, including for part of a period and for credits you bought. The trial is there to try Streamline Pro before paying.
- We may change prices or what a plan includes. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects what you pay, and you can cancel before it does.
When a trial or plan ends
If a trial ends, or a plan ends (cancelled, or unpaid once Stripe’s retries of a failed payment run out), the workspace becomes read only: you can still sign in, view everything and download your files, but you can’t upload, send anything to Streamer, or post, and scheduled posts wait. Picking a plan opens it again. To have your data deleted, see deleting your data.
Your content
- What you and your team add (footage, references, scripts, brand details, finished videos) stays yours. You let us store it, process it, send it to the services that run Streamline Pro (listed in our privacy policy) and publish it to the accounts you choose, only to provide Streamline Pro to you.
- You’re responsible for having the rights to what you add and publish: your footage, the people in it, any music, logos and brands. References are videos you want yours to follow; Streamer takes their structure and look, not their footage, and what you publish must respect their creators’ rights.
- Music Streamer picks from Epidemic Sound comes through your own Epidemic Sound account and its license.
Streamer’s work
Streamer is AI. Its edits, scripts and captions can contain mistakes, and it can misread what you asked. You see every version before it goes anywhere, and you decide what to approve and publish. What you publish is your responsibility.
Posting to your social accounts
When you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account, you let us publish to it what you send from Streamline Pro, at the time you choose. TikTok and YouTube go through Zernio, a service that posts to them for us. Each platform’s own terms and rules apply to what you post there. They decide what they accept, and they can change or stop how apps post to them; we can’t promise any of them will take a post.
Using Streamline Pro fairly
Don’t use Streamline Pro to:
- make or post anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that harms others;
- get around its limits or credits, or share an account to do so;
- break, overload, probe or copy the service, or reach data that isn’t yours;
- resell it without our written agreement.
We can remove content, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we reasonably can.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Streamline Pro, so features change. We work to keep it running and your files safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t do without.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using Streamline Pro and cancel your plan at any time. We can end it with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you break these terms. Either way, you can ask us for your files during those 30 days.
Our responsibility
Streamline Pro is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability for any claim about Streamline Pro is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
You agree to cover us against claims from others that arise from what you add or publish through Streamline Pro, or from breaking these terms.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its date, and tell you by email or in the app before a change that matters takes effect. Using Streamline Pro after that means you accept the new terms.
