Streamline Pro (app.streamlinepro.io) is a video production app run by Edison Digital Solutions. Teams use it to plan their brands’ videos, keep their footage and scripts in one place, edit with AI, and publish the finished videos to the brands’ social accounts. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.
Who can use it
People sign in with an email link or Google, as the owner of their own workspace or as a member a team’s owner added. Anyone sending footage through an upload link doesn’t need an account.
What we keep
- Your account: your name, email address and profile picture (from Google, if you sign in with it).
- Your work: the brands, projects, scripts, references, footage, finished videos, comments and other files you or your team add.
- Connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts: when you connect them to a brand (through Facebook, or an Instagram account on its own through Instagram’s login), we keep each Page’s and Instagram account’s ID, name, username and profile picture, and the access tokens Meta gives us to publish on your behalf. An Instagram account’s token from Instagram’s login lasts 60 days, and we renew it before it runs out.
- Connected TikTok and YouTube accounts: these connect through Zernio, which holds their access for us; we keep each account’s Zernio ID, name, username and profile picture.
- Posts: for each video you publish or schedule, the accounts it went to, its caption and settings, when it was posted, the post’s ID and link, and whether it went live.
- Billing: your plan, its credits and what used them. Stripe takes the payments: we never see or keep your card number.
How we use it
Only to run Streamline Pro for you: to show your work to your team, to edit the videos you send for editing, and to publish the videos you choose, at the times you choose, to the accounts you connected. We use the access to your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts for nothing else: we don’t read your messages, run ads or post anything you didn’t ask for. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use these services to run Streamline Pro, each only for its part:
- Supabase: the database and sign-in.
- Cloudflare: storing files and streaming videos.
- Vercel: hosting the app.
- Anthropic: the AI that drafts and edits, for the scripts, footage and feedback you send it.
- Meta: publishing to the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connected.
- Zernio: publishing to the TikTok and YouTube accounts you connected.
- Stripe: payments for plans and credits.
- Resend: sending sign-in links and notifications by email.
- Google: signing in with Google, if you choose it.
How we protect it
Everything travels encrypted. Only signed-in members of a team can see that team’s work. Meta access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only by our servers: they’re never sent to a browser.
How long we keep it
As long as your team uses Streamline Pro, or until you ask us to delete it. Disconnecting an account in Streamline Pro stops us using it and deletes its access tokens. Removing Streamline Pro in Instagram, for an account connected with Instagram’s login, deletes it the same way. Removing Streamline Pro’s access in Facebook (or in TikTok or YouTube) stops those tokens working at once; disconnect the account too, or ask us, to have them deleted.
Deleting your data
See deleting your data, or email edison@edisondigitalsolutions.com. We delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm.
Children
Streamline Pro is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its date.
